On 12 March, we hosted the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the IDiA Cluster at Bergner Europe’s offices in Zaragoza.
During the session, companies from the Aragonese technology ecosystem shared experiences and practical use cases on how artificial intelligence is being applied within their organisations. At Bergner Europe, we presented several initiatives currently under development, including the use of AI in Freshdesk to improve customer service management, the application of #AI in the #IT area to support programming through vibe coding, and the IAbound project, which explores new applications of artificial intelligence in operations.
An excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, share knowledge and continue driving innovation alongside other organisations within the cluster.
