This week we held the Bergner Iberia Sales Convention, a gathering that brings together the commercial team with a clear objective: to share vision, align priorities and continue strengthening the way we work.
Throughout the different sessions, we combined analysis and reflection on commercial activity with spaces focused on professional development. Among them, we welcomed Juan Ignacio Pérez Martín, professor at ESIC Business & Marketing School and an expert in strategy, sales and executive development, who provided a perspective centred on continuously enhancing capabilities and evolving commercial performance.
